Privacy Policy
Marvelous Privacy Policy MMS agrees that all information collected will be protected and uses of Merchant's registration data and certain other information about Merchant in a private and not shared with our affiliates or anyone outside of Marvelous Media Solutions, LLC. Employment.
Scope of Work & Termination

Merchant hereby authorizes MMS to collect, withdraw or distribute invoice for the amount due as agreed to pay a fee to (“MMS”) services and solutions provided in exchange for the financial interest as agreed upon. Merchant agrees to pay the invoice provided and agreed upon. One-time agreements will be sent via email for payment through our authorized and PCI compliance payment portal.
Merchant agrees to pay any agreed upon fees to MMS. Under this agreement between MMS and merchant from checking, credit card or any other form of payment identified as that of the merchant. Upon cancellation of this agreement, MMS has the right to collect any unpaid one‐time charges and monthly recurring charges due up to and including the effective termination date. Merchant also agrees to pay any collection costs or attorney’s fees associated with any amount due to MMS.
Refund Policy
A 2-hour minimum is required and a non-refundable fee for all transactional work contracted by all Merchants.
Property Rights
All assets are property of Merchants. Marvelous is a consultative business and holds no rights to property of client brand assets or materials.
